Ashley is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician with 19 years in the holistic wellness space. She specializes in pre-natal and post partum recovery bodywork with over 10years as a doula and mother. She believes that #Mothering the Mother is her highest calling and serves fully. Her approach to bodywork is a beautiful conversation with the muscles, a willingness to listen. She infuses all her modalities into each session. Modalities and studies include: Thai stretch, Aerial Thai Stretch, Aquatic Therapy, Reiki Energy, Deep Tissue and Sports , Pre Natal and Doula studies, TMJ release and Buccal massage, Ayurvedic and Eastern philosophy for overall wellness.
